I got to photograph Lynde Mott for my Creatives Project, and I’m still pinching myself.
Her husband often says, ” No surface is safe,” and it couldn’t be more true. She has created on walls, ceilings, furniture, and every imaginable corner or their extraordinary home. Art is everywhere–up, down, and all around. She give home tours! You just have to go! I can’t recommend it enough.
My siblings and I surprised our mom with a tour for mother’s day, and I had no idea my mom has been a fan of Lynde’s for decades. Beyond excited to return for that! Just MAGICAL.
How fun for you, your siblings and your mom! I love Lynde! The stain glass in her home? She and Jeanne Gomm designed it together and Jeanne created it.
